C Panel is a Commercial Blind Panel

Kyler's C-Panel is a versatile glazing panel designed to bring integral venetian blind technology to fixed window applications. The C-Panel system is comprised of an extruded aluminum perimeter frame glazed with tempered glass and fitted with an integral venetian blind. All C-Panel products are manufactured 100% complete ready to install. The C-Panel is designed to integrate the most common commercial aluminum storefront/curtain wall systems available in the market today. Typically the storefront/curtain wall framing contains insulated glass. By adding the C-Panel, triple glazing is achieved. The C-Panel requires 1 3/4 inch depth from the interior face of storefront/curtain wall to inside surface of insulated glass (#4 Surface). C-Panel can be used in interior or exterior applications.

Operation

The C-Panel system features the following:

- Concealed "pin type" mechanical fasteners: The C-Panel integrates into new/existing commercial storefront/curtain wall openings through the use of concealed hardened steel pins.

- Venetian blind is operated by tilt control operator. Tilt control standard operator options include:

Knob operators in both straight and angled configurations
ADA style knob operators
Limited Access style operators
Electric operators

- Versatile tilt control placement: Tilt control operators can be located at virtually any specified location on the vertical frame members of the C-Panel extruded aluminum frame.

Note: Venetian blinds are typically a tilt only type operation. Venetian blinds can be raised (for cleaning purposes) with the C-Panel removed. Custom applications are available. Contact Kyler Industries for more information.

Components

All C-Panel blinds feature the following:

- Venetian blinds are available in 1 inch slat or 5/8 inch slat

- Extruded aluminum head rail, bottom rail, and slats, are all color matched

- All plastic components are comprised of high temperature, UV stable materials

- All tape ladders are thermally fixed polyester and UV resistant.

- All Venetian blinds feature a tilt limiter that prevents damage caused by over rotation of the blind

- Venetian blinds can be raised (for cleaning purposes) with the C-Panel removed from opening

Blind Color Options:
